Because charter is garbage.

Same in Lenoir

Actually the main reason it was cutting off and back on 2 years ago was because charter was going through lenoir and replacing there old lines with fiber optic lines which is 10 times better because you can now get gig internet in lenoir 🤷🏼‍♂️
