Now days we seldom hear about the good. Melissa the Store Manager is excellent. I have noticed a change in the store since her arrival. Her staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and welcomes you as part of their store family. Something rare these days. I am a store regular, and it is refreshing how the staff remembers me. The checkout lines move quickly which is a bonus. I would highly recognize this store.

Horrible customer service at this location. Walked in to fill up 6 small balloons, that would have taken all of a minute and they refused to help me. Told me I would have to wait 4 hours because they had “other orders”! The time it took for them to tell me no they would have simply filled them up. Clearly they love to mock and give customers a hard time. Asked to speak to manager, Melissa she was absolutely no help whatsoever. There were 4 employees at the fill up station including her and still no one was able to help me. Customer service 101 crash course wouldn’t hurt. Will never walk into that location again.
