I was visiting the area from out of state and ran into connection issues on my remote desktop. Dianna invited me to test it out at Office Evolution in Clark, and everything worked like a charm. I was initially concerned about the drop-in cost of $40 day for shared coworkspace, as it was coming out of my own pocket. I ended up staying in the area longer than anticipated, and they offered the month to month unlimited come and go during office hours option for $99! The suite is modern, quiet, impeccably clean, and perfect for anyone looking for a place to work remotely outside the home. They even have private offices set aside for occasional meetings (call to reserve) and phone calls. Dianna is very accommodating, approachable, and will do her best to accommodate your needs. The Clark Commons is just a few steps away, where you can grab lunch or coffee. Highly recommended!

Held a 6 person meeting here and it was perfect. The location, right off the GSP with ample parking, was perfect for our group coming from various parts of NJ. The room and technology were first class. The kitchen was available for our use as well. Staff was fantastic, kind, and helpful. I will not be looking for anyplace else for my future meetings.

Our training room is a great place to host your event since it can accommodate a large crowd of up to 30-40 people. It is located on the same floor and adjacent to our coworking space. It provides your employees or clients with all the amenities they need such as high speed internet, movable tables and chairs, two large TV screens and ample free parking. Plus we have a business center manager that can greet your guests. We host many different events including sales conferences, training seminars, business networking groups and any larger executive style meetings. If you are looking to rent an event space, Office Evolution in Clark NJ has what you need.
Flex workspaces are usually an option coworking spaces provide. It can vary depending on the shared office provider but generally it includes a plan that gives you access to work out of their open and shared business lounge but with an option to either use a private office or a dedicated desk for a specified amount of hours per month (ie, 20 hours a month of office space usage) This is a great option for those that enjoy sharing a space with other like minded business professionals but occasionally need a private office for an important meeting or to meet with a client.
You have some options to consider when you need a physical business address. 1) Enter into a physical office space lease for your business. This option requires renting a traditional office space (most expensive option) or a private office in a coworking location. This could be a more costly choice if all you need is a mailing address for your business. But if you also need a private office this is a good option. 2) Obtain a mailing address from either the US Postal Service or a UPS store. However, be careful and do your research as some government institutions or states don't allow businesses to have a PO Box as their official address. 3) The most simplistic option is to consider getting a business address at a coworking space. Some coworking spaces offer other amenities like mail forwarding or the ability to secure any large packages you may get delivered. One other advantage is that some coworking spaces offer their business address members a discount to use their other services including flex workspaces, meetings rooms, training rooms and daily rentals for private office usage.
