MANY Thanks to Silver Lake. They helped make it a comfortable transition for my brother. I live 3000 miles away and thanks to the wonderful staff it has been easier transition for my brother and our family. Stand outs of the staff are Lisa, Asia, Eileen and Jasmine. They are so professional, helping, kind and caring. Silver Lake kindly adapted the breakfast menu for my brother. It is now over one year my brother has been at Silver Lake and it keeps getting better. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

I just left from visiting my husband that was transferred there from the hospital because he needs meds through a picc line. They are not getting the meds to him on time, he was sitting in a bed with dried urine on the sheets for two days and there is a dead mouse in his room! I am livid right now.

Update-*12/2021*- 1 year later. I have been able to get to visit in her room for the last month only. Much better but still can use more aides per unit. Still same rude nurse but supposedly good. Note* rehab has always been good but short lived unless you get a doctor's note. A year ago=12/2020- From my experience you have to keep checking on you love one to make sure ALL their needs are met from A to Z. Believe your love one. I so can't wait to get in there after these past months. They can tell you anything over the phone. That's if they call you or you can get through to unit 1 especially. PICK UP THE PHONE!! as for weekends you can just forget it!! Do the window visits often in all weather. Check to see if they have enough clean clothes, showers etc...just when you think you know what going on you don't. Please people have more compassion. I know staff changes and they can be understaffed but follow through.

There is a cable service however im unsure if its a satellite dish network or Comcast? I will look into it on Monday. P.s. Linda .. I hope your doing well.
They have bus drop off at Lower Bucks Hospital which is literally next door. Less than a minute walk.
There is 24 hour visitation, but the doors lock down at night and you need to ring the doorbell to have the supervisor let you in. Its just to keep people from walking in after the receptionist leaves so that our residents and staff are safe at night.
