My friend and I were visiting Charleston for a few days and staying in Mt. Pleasant. I booked two bikes online for our first morning. We took an Uber to Bilda Bike, arriving at 10 am when they opened. Dan was awesome! He got us set up on comfy bikes with baskets (handy) and combo-locks, gave us complimentary maps, and oriented us with the best bike-friendly routes around town. We were soon on our way. I was even able to call and extend my rental for an extra day over the phone. Biking is the best way to see the city and we had a blast biking around, locking up the bikes outside restaurants, museums, etc. If your in Charleston Bilda Bike is a must, when I go back, My first stop will be Bilda Bike.awesome city and awesome experience! Thank you!

Dan is the NICEST! I was in desperate need of help as my bike tires were flat. Dan said no problem and was so nice and helpful. 10/10!!!! Go HERE if you want the best bike rental customer service ever in Charleston! Don't be afraid to bike to Sullivan's, it's was awesome 🌞
