I dropped my sons new bicycle off to have assembly completed as it came partially assembled and there was an issue with threading for handlebar neck/stem screw/bolt…was only customer in at time, was told it would probably take about a week maybe a little more. I have shared custody with my ex and have my son every other week so I told them do whatever they needed to do to properly assemble bike and call when finished and I would pay and pick up then since they couldn’t give me a price at time of drop off…I just called them and they haven’t touched the bike and was once again told it could take another week or 2….this is completely unacceptable to be told 2 weeks max, receive no calls updates and a MONTH LATER TOLD IT COULD BE ANOTHER 1-2 weeks!!!!! I told them I would be there on Monday to pick up bike completed or untouched as it sits now 1 full month after being dropped off and 2 full weeks beyond MAXIMUM TIME I WAS TOLD AND IT HAS NOT BEEN WORKED ON OR EVEN LOOKED AT!!!! EXTREMELY UNSATIFIED DOESNT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW TERRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HERE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BICYCLE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU ARE DROPPING OFF FOR THE WINTER AND WONT NEED YOUR BIKE BACK UNTIL SPRING…THEY MIGHT HAVE BEGUN WORK IF YOU GIVE THEM A FULL SEASON TO START TO WORK ON A KIDS BICYCLE!!!! COME ON MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome shop to deal with; they helped me out in a pinch and had very fair prices.

Had a really great experience here. I can’t remember his name, he was the only one working and had a long line of bikes to work on. When I came in, he was very attentive and was very knowledgeable on the bikes. Left with full confidence the bike I bought was the one for me. He told us that during business hours I could come in and pump my tires if needed which was also very nice.

The city has electric bike hubs all over downtown I think they charge by time. You can rent them through Uber.
Yes, they will pump your tires. If you have bought a bike at the BS, they will provide free services and tune ups. However, it cost between $24 to $65.
