I have used both Trek stores here in Charleston. My department order 14 Police Trek bikes from them. The customer service, the helpful tip conversations, and the all round great staff will keep us coming back for more bikes and service. I have dealt with many bike shops in the past but these guys dominate none compare in my opinion. Thank all of you guys for what you do.

I took a spill on my Specialized bike and thought the front rotor might be bent. I live in Maine so wasn’t sure where to take it. Read various reviews and decided on the Trek Store of Charleston. Took it in and Dan diagnosed and fixed the rotor and brake drum in 30 min. Cost only $25! I was ecstatic. I then put a couple of questions to him about certain parts I was looking for. He said he’d do some research and email me. Not 20 minutes later I had my answers. Thank you Dan. You went above and beyond.

Verve 2’s currently come with a suspension seat post. Do you have an older model that you’d like to retrofit? If yes, what is the diameter of the seat post? Or, if not sure, bring by and we can measure.
We don’t sell foot pumps. All our pumps are floor/ hand pumps. We do have floor/ hand pumps that have screw on connectors.

Hey Duncan - unfortunately we do not carry recumbents or recumbent trikes. We do have some traditional adult upright trikes in stock. Stop by the store and Dan Kelley can see if he can find a vendor that has what you are looking for.
We do not currently have any agreements in place with recumbent trike manufacturers at this time. We are comfortable with their assembly if you order one.
