Yes. Be careful of broken glass and also if it is very hot in summer they can burn their pads. Nice creek below to cool off in. Leave them on leash.
No - you dont have to pay to get in. There is some limited parking right at the 'entrance'weekends are busier.

No. 3 years ago yes, but now it is patrolled by police on New years and 4th of July and they are rude about it. Wouldn't even let my 10 year old have a simple sparkler. Like literally snatched it out of his hands!
I think you just show up and get wed. Wouldn't be private, as bald rock is open to all 24/7. There is a place called Pretty Place, on the other side of Mt.from Bald rock. Its a stone chapel built into the side of the Ceasers head mt. You will need to reserve in advance.
Maybe just the ceremony, you would need a permit I believe
