This is the second inspection station I went to in the state of jersey. Only 1 employee was nice and a pleasure to meet, the other person literally didn't even say hi and threw my papers on the dashboard twice without acknowledging me. Seemed a bit off for a state employee. I think they would benefit from a customer service training.

My daughters car is registered and insurance in my name. Can she take her car to inspection, or do I have to take it since it's in my name?

Yes, your daughter can take her car for inspection. She should be there by 7:30 am so she can get in and out quickly. They start inspections at 7:30am instead of 8.

I believe it's from 8 to 4 but make sure your car is ready for inspection or you won't pass and you'll have to take it to a private inspection service

Your husband has to go to DMV . I'm In insurance if it's registered to him only then he has to go to sign the paperwork. Is it a renewal or a new car? If it's a renewal you can do it online. Otherwise he does have to go.
