The service manager (Mark Scalera) & owner of the dealer are buddies. Hence, the rude, incompetent, and filthy attitude of this service manager. Mark has a tendency to lie, hang up the phone on customers mid conversation, switch and bait quoted prices amongst other things. I came to this dealership with my 2018 Audi RS3 to get my engine speed sensor replaced($780). While the car was there they claimed my car was overheating and they recommended to install a new water pump & thermostat, they originally quoted me $6000 for both the water pump/thermostat & engine speed sensor. I price shop around and called over 10 other Audi dealerships. They’re quoting me anywhere from $3400 to $3900 for everything. I call this incompetent and disgusting dealership back (which I don’t like talking to, because they don’t have a socially adept service department) and confront them about it, they tell me its correct and to research it. I tell them they’re wrong and give them a full breakdown. They finally realize they’re wrong. I told them I’ll okay the service if it’s around $3800, Peter said that that was doable(I believe Peter left, probably due to the horrible management). 1 week later, the car is done. I have the awkward service manager (Mark Scalera) calling me literally at 5:30AM IN THE MORNING AND 8pm at night (after dealership hours), leaving me voice messages, texting me on his personal phone. (mind you, he’s an hourly employee) anyway, he sends me an email of the estimate for $4300 ($500) over what I agreed to. I call him to inquire about if it’s cheaper if paid in cash and he immediately hangs up on me and he wonders why nobody likes him. He’s a rude, disgusting person and it’s sad that this dealership takes no action in dealing with this guy. The service director Blanca allowed me to pay the $3800 which I agreed to. Also told me she would look into a one time good faith award since I been through so much with this dealership. Blanca never got back to me and failed me along with everyone else at this dealership. Anyway the same day leaving the dealership, my car begins to overheat, engine parts missing from my engine bay, and sitting in my trunk, recall for the airbags was never resolved. Long story short stay far far away from this dealership. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with and I hope everyone submits a request to Corporate Volkswagen & Audi about this corrupt dealer.

Absolutely incompetent mechanics! Went to have my water pump replaced Dec '21. On the way home I got alert that acc and advanced braking not working. Homelink also didn't work. Took it back and turns out they forgot to plug sensor harness back in. While there, tech noticed nail in tire. He allegedly patched tire for 50.00. Fast forward few weeks and I'm getting brakes done (local mechanic) and he finds nail in same tire. Upon removal and inspection, there was no prior patch done. The dealer flat out lied and charged me. Service dept offered oil change as apology. Took car in for brake flush and alignment yesterday (Sept '22) in prep for new tires today. Dealer said alignment off and they corrected it. Driving home, wheel seemed off slightly and car pulled a little to left. It didn't do either prior to dealer alignment. Had tire shop check it today, guess what, both driver and passenger front were off. At this point I had tire shop fix it and I will never set foot in Newton Audi again. You're better off driving the extra 45 or so to a competent and honest dealership.

Ladies… be careful. Brought my car in in March for a few issues. Drive away with something not right. Basically told I was crazy but sure enough their master mechanic didn’t reconnect something for the boost. Then the coolant leak they “fixed”… not so much. The tech forgot to reconnect something in that system as well. The “manager” was so condescending and fake it was nauseating. Then I got my BF involved and his friend who was from another dealership. Sure enough they found these issues. Horrible Horrible.

No it does not come in a convertible model. Only a 4 door sedan is available.
