Thank you so very much for a Beautiful Balloon Arch and Backdrop! It was amazing!! I contacted Sam from balloon arch some time around June to place an order for my daughter’s Sweet 16 Celebration scheduled for September. He spoke to me briefly, I provided him with some ideas of what my daughter wanted and he told me that he can absolutely do it. He told me to send whatever pictures i have and a description of what I wanted. He sent me a bill for a down payment. The price was unbelievably reasonable. I had contacted several other companies in Staten Island and their price point was nowhere near what Balloons Lane quoted me. On September 10, I went to the venue to ensure all deliveries were made. To my surprise the Arch and backdrop was already set up at 5:30PM for an event scheduled for 7PM. I never had the chance to meet Sam or anyone from Balloons Lane!! 🥲🥲🥲 Balloons Lane you guys delivered an absolutely stunning backdrop and balloon arch. My daughter loved it! Thank you so very much for making my daughters Sweet 16 a memorable one!! Love you guys!! P.S. The balloon marketplace in Staten Island is highly competitive. It seems everybody wants arches, centerpieces, backdrops for their events. When I called Sam in June and after the first conversation where he told me that he absolutely can do what my daughter envisioned there was a point that we didn’t speak again till the week of the event. I was nervous so I called Sam and he spoke to me and assuaged my nervousness and fears. He told me everything was already planned and ready to go. He told me that when I first called they were filling in orders for graduation ceremonies as well as birthdays etc. when I called the second time in September he was also busy filling in orders for back to school celebrations and birthdays etc. (Sheesh! Do you guys ever rest?!) He was a consummate professional!! I’m glad I selected Balloons Lane. You guys have a customer for life!

This company from the minute I placed my order on a text, they confirmed, they billed me, they proceeded to deliver the balloons on time and they were the most beautiful balloons with striking ribbons. I am definitely going to use this company again over and over. If you’re looking for a balloon company in Brooklyn I highly highly recommend them!! All I can say if WOW. My daughter who I ordered the balloons for was blown away. Bravo!!!!!!! 👍

Worked with Sam to create a column for my daughter's bridal shower. What an amazing experience. I sent a picture of what I wanted and the end result was perfection. He was even at the venue ahead of me and was beyond patient. The column was a work of art and created just the welcome we wanted.
