I came here and 4 workers standing behind counter hanging out and I ask if anyone can ring me up because lady before me is still shopping while they are ringing up her items and balloons… waited 30 mins to buy tablecloths… will never come back to this location.

Its party city. They dont deliver never have and not sure why they would. I guess if they did deliver anything it would be balloons but you'll have to call the party city u go to and ask them.
