Room was very cramped and made it difficult to get any work done. Someone ended up barging into the room while I was in the bathroom even though I am certain the door had been closed tightly. That made for a fitful night of sleep being paranoid that it would happen again.

Positive: It's location. Negative: Room was not serviced at all the three days we were there. Evening desk staff was not properly trained to meet guest experience requirements of the Holiday Inn company. Breakfast items were not refilled quickly so items were missing.

We enjoyed our stay in December for a wedding. Hotel was in a great location for our needs. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and caring.Breakfasts were very good and had a great variety. It had a great atmosphere, decor was classy and modern. Didn't have a lot of time to relax but did use the pool and hot tub, which was very nice and warm pool water and clean. The rooms had plenty of room for 4 suitcases, hanging clothes, toiletry bags and pets! Very nice to have a pet friendly hotel! Overall experience was very satisfying!
