Bed bugs room 208. was in bed less then an hour to get bit up. We left ask the lady at the front desk for a refund was told we had to call the booking company after an hr on the phone with them didn't get anywhere. $180 bucks for a 2 hr stay and trashed our pillows. Stay clear from this place. Yes we have pictures of them on the bed.

The rooms were ok and most staff was friendly but we had issues with the manager who works there she was very rude and disrespectful towards me & my family. When I come back to Devils Lake I'll stay at another hotel as long as that lady is still managing at Fireside!! She had an aggressive attitude towards me and was very disrespectful. The customer means nothing to this hotel.

Well, the room was clean. But the front desk staff was arrogant and mean,they made me feel like they were doing me a favor to let me stay there! Will I come back, NO!!!

I would have to say that my nights stay was the noisest hotel I have ever stayed in 20 years of traveling. Lots of loud young party people, the gym facilities were inadequate to put it nicely. Too much money for its accomidations
