You can expect the usual here. Surly manager only interested in up-selling literally everything to the point where it is a less than private joke between him and his staff. Love having to say no 5 times to replacement plans, rewards cards, reserving games. I was buying a tee-shirt for dog sake.

It's nice saving a few bucks on every game and earning points to save more being in the Gamestop "club" but I go to Gamestop for the customer service from the friendly knowledgeable staff.

Very helpful employee behind the desk. Knew his stuff when it came to our questions about the Nintendo Switch and the possibility of trading in our phones. Only giving 4 stars though, because like Gamestop usually, their buyback price was unreasonably low.

I have not really seen much of the guitar hero stuff in a while. It may depend on which platform you had it on might reflect the worth of the equipment.
The Xbox one doesn't use an account adapter, just a straight plug. Some GameStop's may have a used one. You would need to call to verify.
