Reached out to Nashua Glass two weeks ago to get a quote on new windows. Sandi asked me to take pictures and measurements. I took pictures of all windows, labeled them, and got their measurements, which was time consuming. Emailed that to her with no follow up. Reached out twice more via email with no reply. Finally called to make sure she was still employed to have her answer the phone and say she would get it over to me right away. Days later still no quote. Such a shame to try and support local business for them to not value a customer or the time they put into gathering photos and measurements. Other companies came out and did all of that on their own and provided a quote on the spot. Would not recommend to anyone!

Just had my picture window replaced with 3 windows and my porch done with 6 windows. I am so pleased with the outcome. From the beginning it was a good experience. Dave was great to work with. Richie and Pete did an awesome job. Very personable and nice. Will certainly call them again!!

10/10 I would recommend. They went above and beyond to replace my screen. After I brought the screen home and tried to put it in with no avail they even came to my house and put it in for me. I really can't say how much I appreciate this type of service.

5 stars all around! I've worked with Nashua Glass on a number of miscellaneous projects and they've been EXCELLENT to work with on every occasion. I most recently had some glass frame inserts cut and provided them incorrect dimensions and they worked with me to remedy the situation and cut them accurately so I could still use the inserts. They saved me time and money and for that I could not be more grateful. They are the ONLY folks I trust with my glass and acrylic needs and I look forward to working with them again and again.
