The car I rented smells so bad and like smoke on the inside. I can’t trade it out because I had to get on the road for my trip. It’s giving me such a headache. I’ll probably have to pay to get it detailed while I’m on vacation to get the smell out.

This location sucks. I reserved a truck and when I went to pick it up they told me that it wasn't available and that they had left a message telling me so. They did not leave a message. They didn't even offer to look for another truck at one of their other locations. It was close to closing time and feel that they were ready to go rather then offering any customer service. Really need to check your staff. Her "sorry" didn't even sound remotely close to a real sorry.

I was hit in Georgetown, SC, before for my planned trip trip to South Dakota. My insurance company booked a rental through Enterprise for me, but they didn't specify my dates or that I needed a small truck. No worries, though. Denise and her team adjusted my dates and requirements. They were so busy on a Saturday morning, but they helped everyone with great efficiency and smiles. They certainly understand customer service, and they really do a great job. I'm a regular car renter, so I understand the snags that can occur. Enterprise, and Denise in particular, handles the curveballs just fine. They are my favorite car rental company. Thank you, Denise, for taking care of my car needs, with sincerity and professionalism.
