Its 6/18/22 at 11:35 and the young lady with long blonde hair was so helpful, smiling, and very polite and respectful to me and I was having the worse time mentally after being so sick. She pretty much took my package and did everything I forgot to do!! Wonderful employee 👏

The nicest people and best service!! I literally drove 30 minutes out away from my office and home because the customer service started on the phone call. I had been using another UPS Store on Old Trolley Rd for my business printing, cutting and shipping needs that was rude and incredibly unreliable. There was a line when I got there, people trying to get their Mother’s Day presents out after they got off work, but even though I was the 5th or 6th person in line, both ladies made a point to recognize everyone there. It was like the Chick-fil-A of UPS stores. And from this point forward, the only UPS Store I will use even if I do have to drive 30-40 minutes out of my way…. It’s worth it!!!
