Such an amazing experience!! I honestly didn't have high expectations coming here but dang they blew it away. The sales staff was so nice and interactive. They really help pick exactly what you need. Then the delivery...OMG!! They were probably the nicest delivery guys I've ever met! So helpful and really went above and beyond. I can't say enough about the customer service with the company. Great job!!!

My dryer died and my washer was probably right behind it. I quickly found a set at Preferred Appliance that was perfect for me. It was delivered and set up quickly and efficiently. The installers were helpful and polite. I will certainly be back for other appliances!

Service call is $89. They came in And Replaced My Washing Machine Pump In Less Than An Hour and gone. I was very pleased with there service
Not in top load machines. They do in front loads. Quite a bit more expensive for front load.
Not sure about that one. I was in the their store when I did mine..everyone is approved you need the have the $53 to get started.

Hi Gary. We do in home appliance repair but we do not get involved with home warranty companies. We can bill you and you can in turn, get home warranty company to pay you back.
No payment plans . Best deals in the $150 to $250 range for each appliance. Warranty . perfered appliamce has a credit plan we sell 4 cash and a lower price. Add at least $100 to the price for payment plan .. there on Bacon bridge rd more to choose there
