Disclaimer: this was my first time at a spa. My favorite part was the facial! She was so sweet and HILARIOUS as well as informative! However, I do wish I had known what actual products are being used cause they were heavily fragranced and as someone that knows a little bit about skin care too much fragrance is not good for the skin. My boyfriend and I faces did break out a little a couple days later. I will say I do feel like there’s a lack in communication. We were suppose to be getting a couples massage, however after my facial I was put in a single massage room. This was a surprise for me so I had zero information about what’s going on. My boyfriend had said something when he was done with his facial and they asked me. i felt like this is information they should all know without having to ask the guest (again this was a surprise so i was clueless on exactly what was all included) I figured we were getting a couples massage but when they put me in a single massage room i went with the flow of things. Secondly, the masseuse didn’t know what aromatherapy we had chosen, which i felt like she should’ve known since it was included in the package. So my massage was cut short due to her already have started the massage 10 min before knowing we originally wanted a couples massage.( i wasn’t upset it was understandable) This also let me know that my boyfriend and i didn’t have facials at the same time and it would’ve made sense for us if we purchased a couples spa treatment. Also we weren’t asked what kind of massage we wanted and i felt like mine was just very soft and not what i was expected from a massage. Besides that the place is very clean! Smelled good and all! I do wish the robes were softer and that they used new tools or at least a nail tool sanitizing machine when it comes to the nails.

I've been seeing Rosa for many years. She is a master at deep tissue massage. Great on the shoulders where I need it. I exercise regularly and her healing massage works wonders and allows me to stay active.

Purchased a couples massage for a deep tissue or Swedish massage. When we arrived, we were not asked what type of massage we wanted or target areas. We said multiple times throughout the massage that we wanted deeper pressure but they only listened for a minute whenever we asked. Will not be returning. Massage was very superficial, mostly just light rubbing. Not worth the money, even with a discount. On top of it, my pants were stained afterwards.
