The garage springs were broken. My cars trapped inside the garage. I called Banko, and I talked to Nathan. They can fix it on the same day at 3PM.Brad was replacing the springs. It's working really great. He's very professional, and knowing what they're doing. I called other companies, and they're willing to rip you off, but this company has the standard price without ripping you off. I'll use this company again for the future.

I bought 4 new doors and jack shack openers from Banko approximately 4 years ago. I am a strong believer in performing preventative maintenance, so I called for the yearly checkup. I have to say, the first tech they sent out, Andrew was not a good representation of the Banko company like I have experienced in the past. He was in and out in no time and really didn't do all he should have for these nine foot double doors. When Banko called to see how everything went I told them, I wasn't very happy with Andrew, so they said they send someone else and I very glad they did. They sent Gene, and he not only performed all the regular scheduled maintenance but also fixed the track on the last door I had installed.. Gene was very knowledgeable and cared about the quality of the work he performed. If you are having issues with your door, ask them to send Gene to your place. He truly is the best.
