I contacted Nate Faiella who no longer works in Sales but referred Jessica Albright to us with our kitchen countertop project. I had chosen the Cambria Brittanica Gold Quartz for my counter tops. Jessica knew exactly what kind of image I had in mind, and she assisted us with the selection of the perfect back splash, coordination of the sink, faucet, elimination of a high bar and shape of the counter tops. I was extremely happy with her recommendation for this project. Samantha Rigsbee, Project Coordinator, kept us informed with the scheduling of services and she was great when it came to communication whether it be email or phone call. The guys who came to take care of different tasks called ahead of time to announce their names and time of arrival. They were polite, professional and performed their duties well without any damage and cleaned up after the job was completed. The entire project was completed within the time frame quoted at the time the contract was established. I was excited to see my new kitchen and the look definitely exceeded my expectation. I would like to say that IGS owner made the best decision and investment in having all the services: construction, plumbing, electrical and tiling under IGS International where a client can be rest assured that all these services are provided by IGS and not some third-party ownership. I’ve had the perfect experience with IGS and would gladly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Horrible customer service! As soon as your deposit is paid your phone calls go unanswered ! We chose the company because they promised a 2 week installation as soon as the template crew came to measure fir your sinks and appliances. When I asked for a small sample I was promised at least 8 seperate times one was being sent immediately. Never got one. Then when we called to schedule a template appointment I was told it would be at least 2 to three weeks and after that the install could be up to 6 weeks. This was not what we were promised! They blamed it on the salesman and civid. I then found out all the people who I closed the order with had “left the company” so what I was promised was void. When they come do the templating they didn’t open any sink boxes or measure what was the actual size needed. Every single sink and appliance opening is too small. The counters hang at approximately 1/2 inch over the sink opening so I loose a full 2 inches of sink space ! When I called to ask them to come rectify I was told they don’t even reall template from your sinks by measuring (as we were told) but they just go online and download a template. After the installation the contact person told me they used a negative reveal not a positive reveal as standard practice. A customer must request a positive reveal. How is a customer supposed to make a choice if they don’t tell yo you have a choice. I was then told if I wanted to rectify my counters U would have to purchase all new counter tops fir an additional 10K. DO NOT trust this company!

From the first meeting with the representative it was a good experience. He was knowledgeable and had personal at the office he could call to validate all our questions if he he couldn’t answer a specific question. The measurements, and installation were flawless. The plumber/carpenter went above and beyond our expectations. He was meticulous. After the installation we had questions on accessories and they went out of there way to fulfill of needs. We would highly recommend international granite

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my new kitchen. From the start Melody was very helpful getting everything coordinated, we had Luis F install the counters and Manchano install out new tile backsplash. Both very extremely professionally and personable. I was also very impressed with the way my kitchen was left, everything was spotless, you couldn’t even tell work had been done. I would highly recommend International Granite & Stone for your kitchen/bath remodel, you won’t be disappointed!!
