Unfortunately, my late sister did not get the compassionate care she deserved. I was her emergency point of contact and was given inaccurate updates regarding her health and care. While there, she got Covid. She was promised treatments which she never received ( they told me she would be receiving these treatments). When she asked to go to the hospital she was denied and the only way she was able to leaving was by saying she would call 911. By the time she got to Ribert Wood Johnson, we were told it was too late for some treatment that she should have been given. Less than a week later on Christmas day she died. Unfortunately, Preferred Care will not respond back to my e-mails or calls. I'm sure most of us are not surprised by their lack of courtesy, compassion and overall care.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this place, especially Debra who was amazing!! She was patient and kind and caring. She took the time to explain everything and put my mind at ease that my mom would be taken care of. The place is clean and newly renovated and I know my mom will be happy here!!

This is not the place to bring someone who need help, remember it's not what you know, it's what you can prove, take pictures, take notes,call the police for a police report, the staff will lie, they stick together, that's why you call the police to get a leagal report, also notify.
