Absolutely horrible. I am a nursing student. One of the things we learn when taking blood is you never move the needle around in the arm because you dont know what structures you are hitting. I even told the phlebotomist I have tiny veins. She then proceeded to use a regular size needle, which needless to say didnt work. She then moved the needle around in my arm. I said ow and she asked me if that hurt duh of course it would I said ow. I will never recommend this place and will never go back. I'm sitting here having lunch and my arm is killing me. Please do not go here.

Rude depending on the person n they close early, I'm sure to make sure they cab get out on time but please don't make the people waiting feel bad 😅

I'm giving two stars just because the hours of operation are supposed to be until 3PM but they are closing the doors a little before 2:30 PM, but otherwise as the staff and attention, the laboratory is very good.
