Yes the mulch is free to Hamilton residents... but unfortunately they are all out of mulch at this time... they do have plenty of compost also free for residents

Yes you can. When you enter the facility and get to the guard shack that's where you let them know what you have and they will guide you to the right place to dump it. They accept almost anything just as long as it's not dangerous to the environment and it's recyclable and reusable.
