Yes the mulch is free to Hamilton residents... but unfortunately they are all out of mulch at this time... they do have plenty of compost also free for residents
They have mountains of mulch, all the same and free to Hamilton residents. It looks dark to me, but I'm no expert. I didn't even stay in a Holiday Inn Express recently
I would say yes but I'm not an expert on mulch. Might be best to call them to make sure they have mulch available. Some have questioned the quality or content of the free mulch so keep that in mind if you are particular.
