Took my brother to get imaging done. Hispanic receptionist with bleached skin and hair was very rude and unpleasant towards us. There were POC in waiting area that did not look too pleased. She hollered at a Latino man who was waiting and proceeded to yell confidential information disrespectfully in both Spanish and English. Vile and unprofessional. Latino man was not having it. White people come in of course she is sweet as pie. Only to them. My brother said the people doing the imaging were very nice. If they were anything like that receptionist no one would come here at all!

We were rescheduled because we didn't have mask we were in a rental car mask were forgotten, so to day we're sitting in the waiting area withasm on and a person walks in with no mask nothing was said a couple walks in with my skin color receptioist you need aask it's their mo not even trying to hide it & yes I begged my husband to go se where else but he's in pain and can't wait any longer but I don't believe in spending $$ where treated differently. Because of my skin color.

For the most part scheduling is easy. Most of the techs here are very professional and make you feel comfortable. They provide cd's of your imaging too. Just ask them when you first come so they can make it for you. You do have to wait a few minutes after your test, but it's worth it because sometimes your doctor's office loses things, so it's good to have.

Will never go here again. Since they changed the name of this Facility, had procedures done, before no problem, now this last one was an MRI of stomach, w/wo contrast. They butchered me in both arms, when I told them not to use the left arm, because of breast cancer on that side, they did it anyway. The right and left arms are swollen , bruised, now having issues that I did not have before going there.
