Fantastic service, staff was friendly, very helpful. Polished and restrung Granddaughters guitar while we waited.

Edit - I really want to like Noll guitars but twice in a row Ive called and twice in a row spoke with someone who was short, rude, and didnt listen for more than 12 seconds. I spent 22k on guitars, with about 4k in luthier labor alone last year some of it at Noll. I dont understand this type of behavior. I first visited Noll guitars to drop off a Les Paul + A usa bc rich that need a fair amount of work. Both jobs were perfectly accurately and in reasonable time. High Quality work. One thing to note - don't call if you have questions. I'm trying to find a luthier to work with on a multitude of projects. Helpful but short, is how I would describe my conversations when I call in. I was hoping to discuss if Noll is a good fit for my needs but felt like I was asking them silly questions.

Strictly curbside for the time being. Call them when you arrive and someone will quickly meet you outside. It's best to actually call ahead and give them a heads up that you're coming. Customers are temporarily not allowed inside. Obviously be respectable and wear a mask when approaching all personnel in order to handle payment. They make it very fast and convenient given current circumstances. You still get the best service around from them.
Ask them; if they can't help I'm sure they can direct you to someone who sells them.
Yes and no. Usually the labor costs more than what most autoharps are worth.
Occasionally. Depends on what it is. They do consign them, or send people to Empire guitars to sell.
Call the shop and ask for Bob Lipet. He fixes amps.
Stock changes constantly. If someone is looking for something specific, always best to call that day and ask.
No.

They don't stock anything specifically. Just depends on what comes through on consignment that day.
