I normally don’t leave reviews. But went in last night for a smoothie, a little after 830. Place was closed. Employees standing around talking doing nothing. Called the store to ask if they were closed. Response was yes. Well it’s not 9 o’clock. Was told they close early to clean. Well your business hours are until 9. I understand cleaning and breaking down. But leave at least one blender open or change your business hours to 830. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone.

The only thing they have going for them at this location is the smoothies and then again I dont even know if they put the things i asked for in that. I would not recommend this location at all. The size of my salad is a big disappointment to me, as well as the sides I paid for. They couldve added more lettuce to my salad to fill the bowl up more at least, and the amount of corn i got in my side, not even a whole cob. Paid for extra dressing and didnt even get it as well. I dont know what else to say but, how much of waste of money this was.

The only thing that takes too long, you call to order, they tell you 25 minutes, you wait 25 minutes and you come to pick it up, but instead you have to wait half an hour more, the same thing every time, and when you go to eat there, go prepared with three hours and a half so that They serve you one for you to eat and half an hour so they can give you your check and leave

This has to be the worst run tropical smoothie in New England. Its always a mess, staff is not pleasant and they never get the order correct.
