Always messing up my orders, forgetting to add something or giving me 6 legs and 4 thighs on my 10 piece family meal.... despite me always saying I want it mixed with white and dark! Honestly I'm tired of them! Today was the last straw!!!! Customer service is lacking!!! (No greeting, it's always "pull around to the double door" and then they shut the drive thru window immediately, you can't even ask for condiments and you best believe when they bring your food to you there is none in the bag and then they tell you that you need to come inside for it! Nope! No more!

Went last night. Staff was so unfriendly, food was only slightly warm. Just not a good experience. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Still in line waiting 45 minutes and it wasn't a complicated order. The food working were nice but it's chicken to go, it shouldn't take an hour.
