I don't know who was working the drive thru, today around noon 10/08/22, but arguing with the customer saying "u need to make sure ur heard clearly over the intercom"! Really? First of all, ur attitude sucked!! Second of all Its YOUR job maam to make sure YOU hear the customer correctly! U gave my niece the wrong drink then tried to blame her for the mistake? U maam are not professional and clearly need people skills! U handed her the drink then asked if she had everything, but u forgot to give her her food!!!! Then u try to make her feel bad for holding up the line??? Who are u and why are u even in this business??? Wendy's, you need to better train your people! Completey unacceptable and so unprofessional and gives u a bad name! These are the people you hire to represent you? Send this girl back training or send her home!

I love the food here but the staff is slow as pond water. Better leave your house a good 30 mins early if you are stopping by here before work.

They are following everything they should do to a tee. Table space is the way it should be including labeling where to sit and it is sterilize to sit and eat. They wear their mask and gloves and wash hands to the proper procedure.
