Worst Wendy's I've ever been to---day or night. I've never felt welcome and the place never feels clean. Sorry to hear it is still that way. I have refused to go back for about 5 years now.

I don't know what was going on for anyone to have an attitude, but I do know this about service. In the service industry, attitudes should be checked at the door. Any good manager will tell you that IT IS THE CUSTOMER that pays our salary and we should honor any reasonable requests.
