You can tell thier employees like tile. Very attentive, and the store concept is very cool to me. You can see your tile in a faux bathroom setting around the ENTIRE perimeter of the store and they offer All (scary) prices. They delivered our tile and seperate grout order on-time. We will continue to order our tile from this location.

My husband Sam and I stopped in to look at some tile for our kitchen and we were so impressed with the service! Within 30 minutes of entering the store Anthony helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. We explained what we were looking for and he immediately picked out two tiles that fit our decor and budget. I couldn't be more happy with his recommendations and I also appreciate how knowledgeable he was about the product. We did end up purchasing the tile he showed us and can't wait to have pick it up Monday. Thank you Anthony!!! We will definitely be back in the future.

Awesome showroom, some helpful people, and awesome customer service. Obviously There are other tiles out there that they don’t carry, but they have the biggest selection I’ve found anywhere in FW. Doug is great, and Kyle the guy in the warehouse is really incredible. He drove to the other store in south Fort Worth in his own car on his own time to get some trim for me that wasn’t in stock at his store. If that’s not above and beyond, I don’t know what it. Only reason for 4 stars is I was given the wrong color tile for one of my orders. They made it right with no questions asked, but was a minor pain in the butt.
