At pump dealing with bank and pump’s customer service line offered. not accepting my card for whatever reason. Waste of time is this pump not offered to the public? Been talking to customer service reps. No help I suppose I’ll go to Home Depot to purchase by the boxed DEF Messages reads “declined not honored” Bank said there shouldn’t be any issues Q Automated fueling customer service has no idea what’s going on. No solution present from customer service. All I got was a sorry. They can stuff their sorry’s in a sac. If you’re like me and don’t have a “UNIT #” or “vehicle #”. All you have is a credit card take yourself somewhere else like a QT across town. Garbage if you ask me.

This is a semi truck fueling location. You must have a credit card to purchase because their is no store or cash option. Its a small location that does not have parking available however drivers will still spend the night and some times block a fuel aisle. It's mainly in and out quickly but it can become congested in the evening's with driver getting off and fueling for the next day. There is one out-house (ewww) available if you're in a tight and can't make it else where. Not the best place to clean your windows in a truck because they are often out of cleaner and paper towels, handles on the spounges are too short and the trsdh cans are often full. It's approx 4-5 pumps with one accommodating card with regular gas. DEF is available at every pump now. ( You have to swipe your cards twice because you can't do it in one traction like at truck stops)
