Very bad service. I had to raise my voice to get their attention to be rung up at the counter. Employees were in side room. No one taking notice of what was going on at the time. I could have walked away with the items and no one would have been aware but perhaps the cameras.

Was very disappointed in this store. My husband went there to warranty out my front rotors, Miguel the store manager started arguing with him and refused to warranty them. He turned them instead, something looked off so my husband started to ask questions and Miguel said sorry we did the best we could. My husband put the rotors on my car and test drove my car, it started shaking violently. Miguel had destroyed the rotors. I went back to the store to warranty the rotors and he made it seem like it was our fault. Long story short, they were replaced and my husband is installing them now. I will say there is an employee named Anna in the store that was super helpful. So thank you Anna for treating my husband with kindness!!

I want to THANK the store Manager Zac for being so helpful with my battery issue this morning. I called his store to ask if they would replace my bad battery. He said no problem, just bring it in. He was extremely helpful on the phone ... and even more while he helped me at his store ! Zac went the extra mile in swapping out my truck battery. I didn't have the tools or know-how. I highly recommend using this location every chance you get when you have car problems. Zac and his staff were incredibly professional and polite. Such a blessing at a time when most needed ... Talk about great customer service! Always very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I get service like this, I go out of my way to go where I know I will be treated well. Miguel took me right to what I was looking for, and the part works like a charm! Thank you, I will be back for the next project!
