Had a horrible experience! My first order was cancelled due to them not being able to accept cash for delivery. I went ahead and cancelled it. So I made a new order and payed with card, my order was cancelled again! I was not told the reason for this. Megan wasn’t very nice and doesn’t know how to treat people with kindness.

They took over an hour to deliver. Had to just drive to the store, since they don’t know how to answer a phone. Got a refund. While at store getting refund they text my order is on the porch. Then they said the original driver for my food had car issues. Understandable but that’s why my phone is provided and they should have said it would’ve taken longer due to that issue. I’d understand.days later they decided to charge me for the refund and then the manager called to speak to me about the refund. She left 2 voicemails I’ve been calling back for a day to no avail. The manager and the workers don’t know how to answer a phone and apparently take back there refunds. Thanks for leaving the food on the porch after an hour in the cold when it was 30 degrees. Never will order from this location. TRASH.

I like the wings here but not today. Two of my six wings were broken legs. It just grosses me out thinking about poor little chickens being treated so bad that they have bones hanging out of their legs. If they are in that condition I have zero faith that they are clean or disease free

Every single time I order delivery from this location there is at least one item that is missing. Numerous previous orders have forgotten to include the ranch dressing dipping sauces paid for as part of my order. This time I made a note to the online order to please not forget the ranch. I was happy to find all ranch was delivered. Alas, this delivery order forgot to include a 2 liter Diet Pepsi.
