The rudest people I ever spoken too.. as soon as you want to ask a question just something related to your situation they push off an attitude. So this how you treat people in your facility?

I filed a motion to show cause of contempt in late September for visitation. It is January and I still don’t have a court date. I have left countless messages and have never been called back. When I do get someone on the phone I am treated rudely and told the will call you if they need anything. My son hasn’t been able to open his birthday or Christmas presents because the court does not care about families or the children in them.

How do I get divorce decree paper?
Albert clifton white Jr Janet moore
Yes
You don't have to record a will, but you'd have to file it after the person who made it dies. You'd do that (file it) with the probate court, which is downtown on the 4th floor of the courthouse.
If you would like you can come to the courthouse and retrieve records. 90s cases are on microfilm and will have to be researched through the microfilm machine.
Get a pdf of the complaint form for your state or city, and then file it with the clerk of court .
