This was our second time using Press Cleaners, and we had a bunch of tablecloths laundered. They were returned to us so unbelievably wrinkled that we had to spend hours steaming all the wrinkles out so we could use them for our event. These never, EVER should have been returned to us in this condition and was absolutely unacceptable. No one will answer the phone when we call, and no one will return voicemails or emails. The fact that they won't even bother to respond says a lot about the care and concern for their customers. Needless to say, we will never use them again.

Have enjoyed a great experience with Press Cleaners! Their driver was courteous, prompt, professional, and kept me informed via text as my laundry was picked up & delivered back. I tried the wash & fold service & it was fantastic! My laundry returned, soft, smelling fresh, and folded neatly. I was so happy that my clothes didn't return smelling like chemicals or hard.
