This IHOP has been very good both dine-in, carry-out, and when delivered. The food is consistently good and just cannot go wrong with breakfast anytime. The staff is friendly. Sometimes a bit understaffed lately. The prices are good. Even the patrons here at this location are friendly. Worth a stop any hour!

First time here and it went well. My server was great. I felt like she went above and beyond for me. Asked me if I wanted lemon, salt, and pepper for my steak. I honestly was just going to eat it as is but after adding that, the steak ended up being much better. The food was good for what it is. My T-Bone steak was cooked to temp which doesn’t even happen a lot of the time at high-end places for me. Now as stated above I had to add salt, pepper, and lemon but I’m not expecting a Prime Ribeye. It’s just a thin T-Bone so you can’t exactly put a crust on it and cook it to a medium. Lastly, the restroom and restaurant as a whole was clean. That’s all I ask for when I go to a place like this. I know it’s just an IHOP. I work nights so I don’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to food. So it’s nice to go somewhere and get good service at night for once.

Order to go. Food was ready at the exact time I was given! That's rare now. The gentleman that helped me was quick, courteous and double checked to make sure my order was correct. Food made it home still perfectly hot! Thank you and was worth the money.

Waited 20 mins passed my pick up time. Food was luke warm. One of the cooks seemed to be having issues with his work and staff, could be wrong but it sure did sound like it. I ordered the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes which have no chocolate chips. Other than that the girl who helped me was nice.
