Once again, they turned us away at the door at 10:25pm saying it's To-Go Only. I can SEE people dining right in front of me, but the man at the door says the dining room is closed! The only reason to even go to Waffle House is because it's supposed to be open 24 hours through rain, sleet, or snow. It's supposed to be a restaurant you can eat at late at night. Yet we have been told many times now that the dining room is closed and it's To-Go only. So that's it for us, we're never going to WH again. It's such a gut punch to finally take the family out and be turned away with no reason given at all. You lost our business, Waffle House. *my response to their reply* Your staffing issues are YOUR problem YOU created because you pay horrible wages! Pay more and you'll have people lining up to work there. You certainly charge enough money for your food!! It's madness that you claim staffing issues while IHOP was open and seating without issue. If IHOP can attract staff and you cannot, that is AGAIN a sign of poor decision making on your part. Get your house in order Waffle House!!

A lot of people in the comment's don't realize we have something called WAFFLE HOUSE WAY upper management drops in periodically to make sure we are doing things the waffle house way... such as take the order First, then take the drink order.... so if we arnt doing it the way we are supoose to and they drop in who do u think gets in trouble? Say less
