I have been to Griff's several times now. I first went because I was told it was one of the best Hamburger joints in Fort Worth by several of my coworkers. The first time I went I was a little let down I have to say. It seemed just like many other Burger joints. That was my fault for not ordering the correct menu Item. So I gave them another try. This time taking the recommendation of my coworker, I ordered the number 1 combo. That made all the difference. Let me tell you about the number 1 combo. It is double Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles, it also comes with fries and a drink. You have the option of mustard or mayonnaise. I got mine with Mayo and added ketchup. This made all the difference between my first and second time there. It was delicious. Now when I go that is my go-to order. Everytime I have ordered it since it has been consistently the same. I would recommend Griff's to anyone looking for good reasonably priced burger. It should also be noted that this consistency is carried through all of the Griff's in the chain.

I've heard how good the food was here for many years and decided to visit the location since I was in the area. There was a wait in line in the drive thru. The restaurant was not open for dining in. We waited around 20 minutes before we could place our order. Once our order was placed there was another 5 minute or so wait for the food. When we arrived home, we found that the drink order for one of the orders was incorrect. The hamburgers and fries were good and of a good size. I was full after eating my meal. I would visit the location again.

Was in line for 30 min before ordered . I ordered double meat and cheese w no onions add bacon jalapenos .no meal just sandwich When I got home the bag had small fries and very small single patty that didn't fit bun and bacon. No jalapenos ..meat cheese bacon only. It was after 9pm You gave me wrong order This location was closed for remodel.wish they kept same ingredients, cooks and standards Don't be like the new whataburger and disappoint everytime

People love to hype up places that have been around for yrs, but that doesn't mean the food & service is the same. The meals at Griffs where prepared 100% times better back in the day. The manager and the employees were very nice but my overall meal was disappointing. I ordered the combo #5, asked for mayo, mustard, and extra onions. I saw no sign of extra onions or mayo. The combo #5 comes with a hamburger with 2 meat patties, lg fries & drink. The meat patties were thinner than I remember. I haven't been to Whataburger in yrs but I felt like the meat was similar. The onion rings were good and came out hot. I asked for no ice with my soda and guess what they gave me ICE. The strawberry shake and fries were decent. I wouldn't order the apple pie, it wasn't good. I heard 2 people complain to the manager that their fries were cold. My fries were a little warm but not hot like other fast-food burger joints. I overheard people mention that their orders were wrong, but I didn't say anything. However, I still can't believe they got my order wrong the cashier repeated my order back to me several times smh. So would I go here again? No, there are too many burger places that are better. The establishment looks really nice after the remodel. But, I really can't deal with the thin meat patties and employees not getting orders correct. Hopefully they make changes after my review, but I doubt it because people continue to hype the place up regardless of many mistakes being made.
