I love the chicken here, however the service could be better! Lunch time have chicken ready people don't always have 15 to 20 minutes of wait time!!! I see the response here from the owner, however, I've tried that a few times & twice no answer and did get through once. When I arrived & picked up my order got home and it was ALL wrong - Thanks for the suggestion though!

Good food but horrible 30 min wait in the drive through and there were only 2 cars ahead of us!! Fast food in my opinion means within 10 - 15 tops to get your food!! If you blame it on lack of staff then hire some, don't just make excuses!!

The lady working the window apparently doesn’t understand how to take orders, the food SUCKS. Bland. What kind of restaurant serves white gravy with mashed potatoes? Should probably specify that it’s not brown gravy on the menu. The only good thing about this place is the sweet tea and it’s mediocre at best. Mac and cheese is bland. Didn’t even get utensils with our food. Don’t waste your time eating here. There are tons of better places

How do y’all think it’s okay to even serve this. Terrible service. Had no chicken an hour prior to closing and was originally reluctant to making more. This use to be the best chickenE not anymore. I am legitimately disappointed that I waited almost 15 min for old chicken.
