I just ordered a lot of food for my family. I waited not very long and everything was correct and fresh. However...I asked for sauce. And I had plenty except they accidentally missed one. No problem. So I go back through the drive through and said "Hey there, I just ordered some food and asked for some sauces...do you guys have bronco berry sauce still?" I haven't been to an Arby's in months so I wasn't sure. They apologized and told me to pull up. So I did. The guy at the drive thru yelled across the other side to me and said wait there! I said okay. He came out to me, apologized and brought me more than enough of the sauce forgotten and some of the other. Perfect and easy right and what great service! I thanked him at least twice. As I'm pulling away I hear him yell before he goes back inside the building..."Then try acting less like it's a huge problem then if it's really okay!!" I was shocked and confused. I was very polite and nice. That was uncalled for. I have never been to this Arby's before and won't be back. I guess he thought I didn't hear him or maybe he hoped I would. So if he's reading this...I genuinely didn't mean to sound offended. Because I wasn't. I wasn't even in any hurry. It's just sauce. I get that it happens...I used to work in fast food and things happen and get missed. I hope you have a better day. Not everyone is out to ruin your day and complain.

I’m only giving a 3 star review… bc this location obviously needs to hire more people… and if not, pay their current employees double what they’re making. Because I went In and there are literally only 2 girls working. Taking orders, making the food, working their butts off. And the food was absolutely delicious, and while it did take a while to get it… I was Happy. Just felt very bad for the fact that these two girls were running around trying to do absolutely everything, and still getting complaints bc customers weren’t happy with how long it was taking. Hire more people! Or start paying the people who do come to work for you, as much as you would be paying for every other person who’s job they’re doing!!

Tried to order but was told that they were out of the new Wagyu burgers. Staff was very rude and more worried about playing around with each other instead of working.. We asked for a refill on the peach tea and was greeted with we can't do that and you have to order another, as damn near an insult in front of her coworkers.. Worst experience at an Arby's ever..

I didn't even get to order. Me and my partner came in on lunch break, dining room is empty, drive through is empty, we can hear the staff goofing off in the back. After a minute or two I started talking nice and loud about how hungry I was so they would know we were there. After still no service, we left. Embarrassingly lazy staff.
