The server I had, Nichole, was very good, she did an outstanding job at serving us!!!! But I saw the manager, Randy, taking server's tables making the server's money and I really don't think he gave them their tips at all the last time that I ate here... (I was able to hear the workers say something about it... I have very good ears I guess, cause I know that they weren't trying to be loud about it. I could just kinda see it really)... ....it was probably Thursday or Friday???? Month of June, 2022 And the main reason I knew exactly what was goin on was because I'm a waitress, AND a manager.... I really DO NOT agree with the way this one particular manager does business... very unprofessional.. and I'll be calling sometime in the morning to express my thoughts on the matter...

The restaurant was very clean. But the customer service was horrible. The waitress seemed tired and miserable, which is how she acted towards us. Like we were bothering her. The kitchen was closed when we arrived at 12pm. They told us it was a 30 minutes wait. Which we didn't mind. But they gave us half of our drink order and then didn't see them for the rest of the 30 minutes. It want until we were the absolutely only customers in the restaurant that the General Manager asked what was going on that we finally got our order. Food quality was regular Denny's food. The only reason I'm giving it one stars.

A waiter named Randall did a phenomenal job helping us. He took really good care of us, i was dreading coming to dennys because on other occasions we had not so good service but to my surprise this guy named Randall did amazing gave us a super cool experience and i would totally come back just so Randal can take care of us. Our food was amazing our smoothie he made it amazing i just hope this young man gets the compensation he deserves for making our night so memorable and now i have Denny's in a better aspect because of Randall going above and beyond. This will be our go to Denny's for Randall's outstanding customer sevice.

These waitress that served us food a great job. Our drinks stayed filled,and the food was hot. The reason for 4 stars is they didn't have quite a few items on the menu including several appetizers.
