I signed for my package online with the instructions to leave at the side door. The drivers undoubtedly need to have their hand held through the process since they were "unable to deliver the package". There's no big dogs in the neighborhood, no bad weather. Maybe you shouldn't pay nearly $20/hour to people who can't follow basic instructions.

Driver claimed to be at my address and deliver a package, driver never came, no one can tell me how to receive the package by date promised, worst Communication, worst drivers, absolutely worst everything, but what do you expect for a company ran by a Union, I hope your company closes their doors!!!!

Not too happy today. Watched truck come within a mile or two from my house on tracking. Truck then left town and went to another town and proceed back to hub in Florence. Tracking still says will be delivered today.

As long as it is not opened it can be returned to UPS as refused.
I don't know. I've switched to using the Post Office since I found out their rates are lower.
