Called the pharmacy and asked if I could get someone to bring out my prescription as we have covid, was told no, I would have to use the app and schedule a delivery to our home. The fastest delivery was three days? What since does it make that it can be delivered to our home 25 minutes away but not brought our to the vehicle?? So I quess we have to go inside covid positive?? UNBELIEVABLE.

Always a horrible experience! I was referred to this pharmacy from the Cane Pharmacy because they were out of the Pizer Vaccine for months! So I drove in the pouring rain to this Publix to get my 7y/o Vaccinated. There was absolutely no one in line. She told me I had to have an appointment. Ok ma'am we were sent here by the other pharmacy. I did not know. Well you need to go online to schedule an appointment. Whatever happened to customer service? There was nobody there. I'm sure she could have served us! We went Walgreens with no problems!

The pharmacy refused to fill my prescription because they thought November 2020 was over 12 months ago. Today is 9/01/2021

CVS messed up my prescription transfer and Sara and Jordyn were so so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to find my medication so I could get it the day I needed it. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend this publix pharmacy.
