Judge Ellen Karesh is an awful human being. She berated my mom because her English was not very good. She yelled and spoke down to her. This happened many years ago and I don't know if a judge can still get away with this type of behavior. My mom came home crying and felt defeated and humiliated by this woman. Although people can be cruel and unfair, I know God is loving, just, and a fair God, and so is karma!

Very rude people at the office, that have absolutely no interest in helping people. I have never had to deal with a court before and wasn’t sure how to go about everything. Every question I asked, was turned back into a question on me in a very rude way. I was not able to receive any information on questions, except that they won’t accept faxes. If your able to get around working with these people, I would HIGHLY recommend it! Don’t waste your time.

SMH, couldn't get through by way of telephone. They need a better system for their customer service. Hope I never have to deal with them again.
