I asked the home inspector to note a large amount of washout under the driveway which was the biggest concern, I also sent him numerous pics of the washout. He never even noted it in the report. After moving in noticed multiple windows don’t lock, trim pieces to flooring are not secure, lights flickering, no lock on one of the garage doors, etc. For what we paid I expected not to find the issues myself when they could have been addressed by the home inspector so the builder could fix them right away. I am not happy with the service I paid for. Also, don't appreciate them selling my information to home security companies and other solicitors who contact me nonstop and state they are contacting me in regards to my home inspection with premiere home inspections.
