Ordered a salad and some fingers but they didn't put the fingers in the bag. They couldn't refund the fingers on the phone so I had to make a 15 min drive back to the restaurant. They refunded the cost but couldn't be bothered to apologize or do anything else to repay the wasted time and cost in gas. Won't be coming back.

I ordered a traditional wings and things , i dont even live 15 minutes away , by the time i made it home i looked inside my box and there was no tenders 😂 but its a wings AND THINGS ? so i turn around and they try to play me like i went home that quick and ate my tenders 😂 claim they checked my food before I received it but if it was checked my tenders would of been in my box. This is why their always my LAST choice of a food run

Zaxby's has slowly become a big disappointment from no soap in the bathroom to smaller portions, this place has went from first to worse in my humble opinion.
