ServPro was the only company that showed any sense of urgency and responsiveness when we needed help with a significant water/plumbing issue that was time sensitive. After being stood up by another cleanup company, I called ServPro of West Greenville and spoke to Sabra on a Monday morning - she had a technician at my house the same afternoon. The technician was friendly, very professional, and upfront. He took measurements, told me exactly what to expect, and ServPro was able to schedule a truck for water removal within 48 hours. 10/10 would recommend this for any type of emergency flooding or other water-related issue!!

Very bad experience. We hired them to clean up water from a leak and fix damaged floors. They did bad work, refused to fix it, and then walked off the job after quitting by text message. We could not move back into our house for two months with our newborn baby while we hired someone to fix their bad job. Unreliable and unprofessional. I have been in the construction industry for nearly a decade and am absolutely horrified by these people. Do NOT hire them. In response to your unprofessional (yet, sadly, in character) comments: Well, I guess consistency is refreshing? Now we have established you try to bully your customers publicly as well as privately. I have been married to my husband for almost 9 years. I believe you condescendingly refer to him as my “source” in your response? And, yes, he is also a business owner. However, in the last 5 years, he has grown that business into 7 different markets in 5 states. So you can hardly call him “local” anymore. I am attaching the “fact” picture of the gap in the middle of our floor that you deemed satisfactory workmanship. I have screen shots of you quitting in a immature little huff if you would like me to post those as well? Since I am embarrassed for you, I won’t do that unless you continue to force my hand here... It is not slander if what I say what is true. Since you have my real estate license number, I assume you also have my cell phone number and email address? I eagerly await your call or email seeking a resolution. Or even await a call from the Ethics Board (really?) where I will happily provide all documentation of your poor work and even poorer customer service. My suggestion for your public responses to reviews: seek to resolve before you seek to blame the victim. Do I even need to address your sarcastic “warm regards”? I guess I am glad you posted it so that all can see how we were treated (and continue to be treated) by you. Mary Beth Berry (Review it all you want. It’s not a secret. Our church at First Baptist Lyman was so blessed by SERVPRO at West Greenville! They sanitized our church sanctuary during the COVID-19 outbreak before our first Sunday of coming back together. They were very professional throughout the entire process and gave our congregation an extra confidence in our first regathering. Highly recommended! 5 star review!

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
